Cornwall sites

Hi,

I am waiting for two new knees and therefore can't walk far. Were off to Cornwall for our hols in July. Does anyone know of any decent sites with good facilities and a pub within 5 mins walk?

Try Doubletrees Farm at St Blazey Gate near St Austell.:thumb:
5 minutes walk to pub, cafe, post office, garage and bus stop. Uphill coming back though.
1 mile to Eden Project.
Plenty of good taxi companies around.
Tesco in St Austell will do Home Delivery if you order on-line!
Excellent facilities on site - run by a lovely family.
Suitable for all sizes of vans.

Watermouth Cove, Holiday Park, Camping and Caravan Holidays - North Devon Coast UK

Both sites have all you want on site and at pentewan you can have a beach-front pitch :thumb:

Hi, we've just come back from Cosawes Park which is near to Carnon Downs -from what we were told you'll be lucky to get on in Summer. Cosawes is nice with good hardstanding pitches . There is a pub about 10 mins away-sorry can't remember the name. It is quite central for visiting attractions in Cornwall and we are likely to book on the site again next time we go down that way
