Cooker/Grill extraction.

Does anyone have instructions for extracting a Thetford Grill /Oven from a Knaus Sun Ti 700 meg 2019 model.
There are 4 side screws but are there more? and what about connections to gas & electric. There is no access via the top fridge grill that area is boxed in and sealed.
The fault is both oven & grill Shut down after between 10 and 20 minutes as the oven heats. I suspect the cabinet cooling fans are not coming on so need to check for bad electrical connection or fuse.
I am an engineer but don’t want to damage anything extracting it. Thanks.

If it’s 2019 model I’d refer back to your dealer
Maybe the appliance is faulty

Bought it last September, this fault had slipped through the PDI. Dealer tried twice but the fault still occurred halfway through the lasagna! Then off to Spain for the winter next free appointment March then Covid Now still on waiting list and the oven/grill not been used yet. Being an engineer frustration is setting in but thanks for your sensible comment.
