Control panel on bessacar e410

I have a bessacar e410 my control panel is playing up ne183-mate won’t turn on interior lights,when I changed fuse in fuse board ne184 r2 it worked briefly but when I pushed lights on through the panel the lights came on and so did toilet pump
Applejacks want to test both units as they say it could be either at a cost of £342 plus vat
