Continental Auotrail?

I thought all Autotrails had the hab door on the left but this one on a french aire last night is this one.

Strange even the satellite dish is facing the wrong way.

They did a few LHD 'vans with continental layouts on Mercs in the noughties. They were nice 'vans, but didn't sell well.
Brownhills had a batch on offer at the time.
