Contact for Motorhome curtain makers

I’m trying to find somebody to make a set of curtains for my van has anybody got a contact of someone who they have used in the past thanks

My Mum can sew virtually anything (making scrubs for the last 4 weeks to keep her busy at 78 years old). Bit too far from you though?

Checked our tailgate curtain last week and it was covered in mould in one corner?
Washed but still stained so started looking at blinds/curtains online. I was shocked at the price of blinds
£180-£230 for tailgate blind!
They do look good though thermal blackout curtain sets £48 which I think is good value but my wife thinks it will look like a hearse!

We had a set made up last year, did the usual ringing around all of the suppliers who pop up on Google and got a rough idea of cost from several of them. Then took a look in the local paper and found 3 people advertising sewing services, including making curtains to size, gave the one just up the road from me a ring, she popped round, measured up, confirmed she could sew the swish popper tape on (really need a commercial sewing machine for it) and gave me a price almost half the cost I had been given before, which included selecting exactly the material we wanted, which wasn't available from any of the mainstream suppliers, having then fully blackout lined and beautifully hand stitched. At the end of the day they are simply curtains, so anyone who can make curtains up would be able to make them to your required sizes.
