Silver Screen for me also, no condensation whatsoever.

Insulated external windscreen and front window cover, crack the roof vent open and keep the van temp above the dew point.
Zero condensation.

Well we have a Karcher any thing but upright it sprays water every where, Lenny HB i tried it upside down and the water just sprayed out straight away from empty, I even checked the date of your post incase it was April ?? but it got me

Our Karcher works fine on its side until the bottle gets part filled. I do the bottom of the screen first and then work up with the collecting bottle angled slightly down and have no problems.

Always use ours upsidedown for the bottom of the A class screen , only time its leaked was when the tank is full up to the max mark.
Have you checked the two O rings are seated properly? I just had to replace the thin O ring on the blade assembly but itdidn't leak even without that one in place. Could be the bigger one on the top of the tank.

External Polar screen on our A class prevents any condensation. Before that I used to collect about 300ml of water in the Karcher. Now there is none

Keeps you warmer in winter and cooler in summer, never had any condensation either in A class or PVC?Mines a Tailor Made.
