Looking at the registration for our new compactline there are emissions put down as 273 g/km and it's M1. Though it's plated at 3650 so plg for tax I didn't think converters had any co2 as there was no way to test them once converted from base? Cannot see anything on carthago or fiat CoC with this figure on so wondering if anyone else who has recently bought a new va had the emissions on the registration?

Yes, the V5C for our Adria Compact (originally 3650kg PHGV) shows both M1 ( Body Type: Motor Caravan) and CO 289 G/KM.

The Adria CoC includes Stage 1 Fiat information and no CO figure, but under ‘Environmental Performances’ is Exhaust Emission Level: Euro6 AR. I’m assuming that’s where they obtain the CO figure for the V5C?

My V5C shows M1, Euro6 AR and 253g/km so I don’t think the CO2 figure come from the Euro rating. I suspect CO2 figures come from the type approval rather than the CoC. The CoC shows the type, variant and version.
