I reckon just Gel Coat filler will be OK it's incredibly strong.As Lenny says, grind out the crack to "V" and then fill all the areas with U-Pol "B" filler which is a fibreglass bridging compound containing fibreglass strands.
Having rubbed down and getting the original panel shape back, then use a fine body filler to smooth any pin holes and irregularities, prime, and spray to match as best you can the panel colour.
Nearly 20 years on and off in the car body repair trade, including making small run fibreglass car bodies and their moulds, I have a bit of a clue as to the merits of fiberglass "bridging compound" Lenny.I reckon just Gel Coat filler will be OK it's incredibly strong.
If the gel colour match is good enough it might not even need paint but the detail line around might make it easier to just fill them paint.
