I assured the wife, there is bound to be someone on the forum that knows if you can wash silver screens and if not, the best way to clean them??

Im going to time this - so lets see how fast you can be.

Hello Mr Esox Lucius,

We lay ours out on a plastic sheet on the patio, wash with car shampoo and then rinse off with hose pipe, hang on washing line, comes up like new.
voila!!!!

The best person with whom to place the trust of cleaning your silver screens, is the one you assured!. :)(y)

Screen is ten years old. Having cleaned the van top to bottom, inside and out over weekend, the screen is looking a bit shabby. Am going to try the car shampoo idea.
