I just use wet wipes and furniture polish while waiting for Mrs GMLS to do the shopping

Clean it with something that hasn’t got anything it it to give it a fake shine. Baby wipes or glass cleaner and a cloth or just some warm soapy water on a damp cloth.

Once it’s dry you will only need to dust it with a microfibre cloth.

Ambersil upholstery cleaner, used to be sold as a general purpose cleaner then they renamed all their products. Cleans well and doesn't put a horrible shine on the dash like the so called dash cleaners do.

Open both front doors (so there's a gale blowing through) and brush the dust off with a long soft brush

Or use a 90psi airline with an open end like a driver in work used to do ,it was like a desert storm around his vehicle.
Is that before or after the pressure washer?:D

I had a problem with the plastic dash and the Door covering inside looking all manky.
Tried carpet cleaner, soap and warm water, nothing looked any better. I remembered I had some "Starbright Awning Cleaner" tucked away in the garage , so gave it a go too, While it didn't bring it back to its pristine past it was an improvement.

Supplied next to the vacuum cleaners in all car wash areas here.In all honesty it is the best way of cleaning it all out.
