Chausson garage lock. (1 Viewer)

Hi, newbie here with a question.
Has anyone experienced problem with garage handle and lock?
Should pop out when key is turned but nothing happening. Handle stays recessed so no way of opening door.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Try rocking it pressing the top and bottom also at the same time pushing the door in

Thanks but the handle is not jammed, the spring mechanism isn't pushing out.
