He clearly never used that awning before either. Personally I use a DeWalt drill and those heavy duty screw in pegs.

I watched it for a bit , whilst on the sofa, feeling sorry for myself, after my covid jab the day before. The controls were too far away to reach
That old couple who had gone there every year for 37 years
Not my idea of a holiday , at all.

Started watching it as when the kids were young we had many lovely holidays at haven, so thought it would bring back memories but this lot are nothing like haven used to be or in fact is now.
No, think we will stick with France no matter how much the tunnel costs it beats this lot.
One thing though , did you see how many motorhomes and caravans were there, some must like it but you have to wonder, is this the only type holiday they have ever tried because they think you have to be on a campsite.?

I'm hardly ever on campsites, but when I have been they have thankfully been nothing whatsoever like this! My idea of a nightmare but for those who happily say 'this is a great pitch' when they're totally surrounded by other vans/statics on all sides on a vast site with 'entertainment', the folk who like that mean there are nice quiet, basic facilities and MUCH smaller places for folks like me!

I have to say, in their defence, I have been to Tencreek twice before I bought my Moho and it is fab - we went off season and it was quiet as anything. Also walk across a couple of fields out of the back and you are on the coastal path between Looe and Polperro - only any good if you are reasonably fit though.

As I said on Motorhome happiness I put the programme on to irritate my wife who isn’t that keen on this sort of reality show. I quickly got drawn in and ended up explaining to my very bored wife who I thought should get the two Yellowcoat Jobs (I was right too)!
