Swift Kontiki 660
I’ve done a direct swap on my Swift Kontiki 660 but getting no 12 supply when hookup is removed. I’ve checked the inline fuse next to the battery and the fuses in the main control box. Any ideas what it can be?

How did you check the fuses?

A physical check with a meter is the only certain way as fuses can 'slow' blow leaving an almost invisible break or can blow right at the end where its hidden by the plastic casing.

The only other thing could be the relay which isolates the hab electric when the engine is running.
It may have 'welded' in the open (engine running) position.
On both my 1999 and 2001 Kontiki the relay was next to the charger.

Have you selected the leisure battery on the control panel and is it charged ?

I would double check the battery terminals, especially if you have those horrible quick release clamps.
After that check for 12v starting at the battery and working away. When you no longer have 12v, you have found the problem.

I've spent the day creating a new space for a new larger leisure battery, only to find that the new one is too tall & the drawer fouls on it! :swear:
