Camping Municipal Bellevue at Muides Sur Loire, south west of Orlean. Lovely site right on the riverside.

what are your dates?

not a bad site just outside ( SW ) of Blois, also some decent sites near Gien, also a nice small site across the river from Chatillon sur loire

There is a good aires in blois 5 minute walk back down into town

Hi Shiftzz,
Sully sur Loire aire very nice / free. about 30 miles from Orleans, close to the chateau and town well worth a visit.

We've been to Sully - lovely - but that entrance is a bit flippin tight, I closed my eyes and held my breath going in and out. Esp since we sat on the aire one day we were there and saw a chap come to grief on one of those boulders - or rather his motorhome did - seemed a bit OTT to us.

Yes bit tight for longer m/h's or those with trailers, no prob up to 7 mtrs
