FUNSTER in a PVC
Hi Guys and Gals,
I have a WALLAS fitted in my PVC so Diesel heating, but if we are on camp with EHU then I currently use a 2 foot high Dyson heater, it is big and I am wondering what Funsters think of the smaller ceramic heaters? are they powerful enough to heat a van and will they trip the fuse?

Ta in advance

We used to use a 2kw greenhouse type fan heater but it was quite noisy.
We know have a 1500w oil filled rad. Keeps the chill off.
BTW we do have diesel hot air heating but again it’s quite noisy, does heat up quickly though.

Strange, seems to work for me.

You might want to put something solid, a tile perhaps, under them. Recently saw a singed square in a carpet , albeit in a house not a van, person had turned it on and gone into another room, the smell of singed wool alerted them.
Must admit tho, that is wasn't the one in the link, I think they said they got it from ALDI.

Thanks, no carpet in the van amtico flooring and it has an anti tilt switch but the metal safety grill could get hot, will keep an eye on it.
