Central locking habitation door problem (1 Viewer)

My Ducato habitation door locks ok with the fob, but does not unlock with fob, although the front doors unlock ok. I can unlock the habitation door manually from inside, and once unlocked this way the door latch operates normally, till I lock it again via the fob
I suspect the solenoid is stick in the locked position, but as it will lock there is obviously power to it.
I have no idea where the solenoid is located or if there is an easy fix

Hopefully another funster out there has had a resolved this problem.
Any suggestions will be gratefully appreciated

Depending on year of van.Mines a 2004.The wire snaps for the central locking on the hab door.Easy fix if same. Just puĺl back rubber grommets carefully and you can usually find a broken wire
