CBE circuit board Rapido motorhome

Anyone know someone who repairs circuit boards out motorhome’s in Notts/Leics area, a fuse blew and now taps not working.

What made the fuse blow? Could have been the water pump packing up and if so might be best to check this out before spending money on the circuit board.

A 12 volt/240 volt cool box made it blow, not the water pump
