Cat N is non structural.. Could be cosmetic of even electrical
For the right price no problem. Could get a right bargain

If it in your nature and knowledge to repair, rebuild a write off, check out any problems that could arise from re-insuring it and having any repairs validated (gas, electric, water and structural). Good luck!

Sorry should have mentioned it’s all been done and repaired... but as yet don’t know what the damage was... just saw it advertised, looked good at a good price...
