Cassette Blind Tensioner (1 Viewer)

Tensioner in cassette blind.
The fly screen flew up when I unatached it from the blind, how can I fix the blind as it now won't go up when when attached to the blind?
A tiny piece of plastic ended up on the table and I heard another part flew off somewhere.
I guess the spring tensioner has broken?

Looks like it. If it had just slipped or come out it can be re-tensioned. Need to take the whole cassette off and you can then get at the roller to tension it again. But if you've got a little bit of plastic........ The "other part" will be the spring.

The plastic part I found is unusable, and now lost, could those parts be purchased?
