Carthago Chic i 51

We have recently bought a Carthago Chic i 51 and I was wondering how can access the leisure batteries, it appears to be difficult through the access hatch, is there an alternative way?

You would need arms about 12 feel long?

You could employ “Twizzle” I bet he suffers from arthritis in his old age. Happy birthday to ya.

On my 2010 Chic i49 the LB'S are below the nearside hab seat.

Easier access to the batteries is possible by removing the outer vertical panel of the seat storage enclosure. The panel just slides upwards.

The hab batteries are in the garage under one of thr beds, no obvious access from inside the van

Can you not access them by climbing into the Garage. On our chic i47 they were in a recessed shelf under the beds but accessed via the garage.
