Carpet Cleaning - Food Spillage

Top Tip: Lancashire Hot Pot when it comes out of the oven and you drop it makes a lot of mess on a nice beige motorhome carpet. When you also drop it on your foot it lives up to it's name and is hot As a result when hop around in pain, you will spread that mess around I now have a not so nice orange patterned carpet

Apart from throwing out the carpet, any suggestions for the best cost effective way to remove the stains?

Vanish carpet cleaner is very good, worth a try.

You could always hire a Rug Doctor carpet cleaner from Tesco / Homebase etc - they come with a handheld attachment which would tackle your motorhome carpets.

Bleach. It’s probably a plastic carpet so bleach won’t remove the colour only the stain. Obviously test an area first.
