I've just looked at this site thinking about booking a break in Kent. It's the first time I've used it this year. I'm sure they said that they were upgrading the website, but to me it looks worse than before, and I though that would be impossible. Anyone else had problems with it?

Problems ! Problems ! I think it is the worst website and booking system on the web, I have never ever managed to book a pitch on their website in 3 years . I have emailed them many times to tell them but never get an satifactory answer and they really don’t seem to improve.

Down right bloody awful. Haven’t a scoobies about vacancies, all I get is some or all dates in your request aren’t available. Can’t find where you can just look at availability and book days that might be available. Last weekend was an impromptu jolly, tried several CCC sites, not a scoobies. Manage to not get on either York or Bury with CMC, so ended up in Blackpool. Throughly enjoyed it, weather was great, sunny albeit a bit chilly at times.

I agree, it is much more difficult to navigate. I began to book a pair of sites and the noticed the priced had changed on the first one while doing the second one.
.

Just booked with caravan and motorhome club what a blooming difference Durham grange booked on line within 1 minute. Oh how the c&cc club website could with their IT team .

Used it to book a recent stay on two sites , no problems. Although a short term booking was made easier calling the site direct, not the call centre or the web booking.

Yes it's terrible and a real step backward, but when I said that on here a few weeks ago I got told I was an old git and I should just get on with it :(

Surprised you couldn't get on Burrs (assuming Bury) as we were there and despite there being "site full signs up" there were a number of empty pitches and a few pitches out of use that were opened the day before we left! Having said that it was just before 12 on the Sunday when we got there.

Gave up even looking at CCC website a few years ago after being unable to easily view \ book some sites. It also meant we didn't take up a membership. As previously said, night and day with C&MC website but even that has got some oddities!

@Gellyneck, availability came up on the day of our hols, so decided to stick with our original booking. I did enjoy it. Luckily we were on a rally at Burrs, first time of going, earlier this year.

No improvements - in fact worse than before the updates. Slow to login after password added - when you finally get in there are limited reviews listed under CS - we trawl other internet sites to get reviews before booking
Contacted the club - just said it was work in progress and will get better Not good enough
Mind you Caravan & Motorhome Club need to get their act together and ensure CL sites submit photo's of their sites before they are allowed to join the club
