I know similar questions are asked but difficult to sift through the multiple answers.
Mifi or Car WiFi?

I want to improve my mobile signal for data when travelling and camping. I can easily find SIM only plans for 20gb, 50gb and more if I want rolling plan or 12 month commitment at around £22 from the likes of EE etc....
But what about the device to put the SIM into ? Car fag lighter Huawei? With or without aerial? Or a mifi device with or without aerial?

We've got built-in wi-fi in the car, but regularly use a mi-fi as above in the van.

We use the 12gb data, 12-month pre-pay sim, from Three - works well for us.

I bought quite an expensive aerial for it, but never needed to use it.
