Car hire Croatia - Montenegro

Can anyone help please>?

I am looking to hire a car in a few weeks.

I want a reputable company, fully insured collect from Dubrovnik and want to go over to Montenegro and return back to Dubrovnik.

ANY recomendartions please>

Is there something you're not telling us ? ie do the normal myriad of car hire companies not hire from Croatia and allow you to go into Montenegro ?

I would assume any of the main dealers would do it although i tend to stick to Europcar for 90% of my rentals.

Just finding hard to get normal cover.

Seems they all have tricks to play
