Boat owner friend told me about this stuff. It seems to work it’s way into hairline cracks and sets solidly. Has to be applied in bone dry conditions..

Looks useful.

Just putting it up here for information.

I have used it and found it very effective. it has to be applied as pe the instructions. One thin layer allowed to dry before the next applied and so on until is no longer runs through out of whatever it's applied to. Repair has lasted the last 123 months in sone very bad wet conditions so for me it was great. I doubt to would be any good for larger gaps though. The clue is on the name "Crack Cure"

Long time favorite for the last 36 years :Eeek: :Eeek: :Eeek:

Developed by Peter Tolley in 1986
for use in the marine environment, as well as caravans and cars, Captain Tolley's Creeping Crack is a 1 part leak finder and filler that is available in 60ml or 250ml bottles

Yup, used the it to good effect on my old VW screen rubbers, but don't allow it onto paint work, it took the top off mine!

I tried it on a spider crack by the plug hole in my motorhome sink, I found it useless for that purpose it just ran out of the crack onto the plug hole. I did try several application's it just wasn't clinging to the crack. Sink is plastic or acrylic

... so do you think it would be no use on plastic windows please?

Also, those of you that have used it, if you only use a tiny amount does it keep? Or is it like Suprerglue just rock hard next time you try to open the tube?

I noticed a random crack in the circular drain area around the outside of our shower in N&B...about 1 inch long...no idea how it got there! Will it work on that??

Used it on a boat and it was at least 10 years old. It worked fine. It’s a very thin liquid and some of it can run out as it would with a leak but if you mop it up and keep applying till it doesn’t it works.

Hi movan.
Being as it's you,i have a tin somewhere in the garage YEARS old....IF i find it and...IF i can get the lid off,i will let you know.
Problem... IF i cannot get the lid off,we both know it works, however. IF.. i cannot get the lid off. 1.We know it works, but. 2. Won't know if it keeps....... :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
Tea Bag

Yes, it's good stuff.
But be aware it can seep out if you put too much in and dry to a colourless glaze you can't remove.
Guess how I know.

Joy, keep superglue in the fridge.
