Can somebody tell me what this is for?

I found this in the back of the garage locker. Can anybody tell me what its for? I thought it might have something to do with filling the AdBlue tank, but it wont fit the neck and in any case it wouldn't depress the silver flap in the neck of the filler. Looks to be in two sections but they don't seem to come apart.

Thanks. Never needed to fill engine oil ( in my car) before, its always lasted till the next service interval. Hope the same happens with the MoHo.

It's a urinal adaptor for a woman. I would have said lady, but not using one of those. Although my niece's hooray Henry horsey friends are rather laddish in behaviour and at least a couple are "Lady" something or other
