Looks like chipboard screw to me wider thread for a better grip in woolly board🤔

For plastic self taper? if you need to replace it find a similar size wood screw or put a match stick in the hole.
 

These are the people I use when I need replacement screws or bolts for my MOHO or car.

I note Truma do not specify this part separately on their schematic diagram.

I agree with the others it looks like a self tapper which has had the end filed off. Halfords do assorted packs for cheap.
 
Looks rather like a self tapping machine screw in stainless steel to me. Can you pick it up with a magnet?
 
if i get time i will look at my selftapper box today see if i have similar i think that looks the same as some screws and spire clips i have

Martensitic stainless steels are magnetic (420-440), Austenitic Stainless steel (316-304) are non magnetic.
So using a magnet isn't the best way to test.
 
I know but it's a good starting point for "everyday' stainless. 👍
