Can Anyone Identify These fuses & Relays?

In the engine compartment just above the battery are some fuses and relays - I've no idea what they are for! When the van, a 2000 Ducato came back from MOT recently one of the yellow 20amp fuses had been removed, I replaced it today! There's few in the green holder too.

I would think the two black relays are one fridge and one split charge but they do look too professional with a proper harness to be converter installed.
The green holder looks like maxi fuses and the wires look heavy....also look converter installed with wires just dangling
