CamScanner - Free App for smartphone, very useful when on the move, turning the phone into a Scanner.
Useful to carry documents in your Phone or Tablet (We scanned all instruction manuals). Also useful to keep records of invoices/receipts when travelling.

like the diffrence between camera and scanner. Make the document clearer, You can write notes on it etc.

I downloaded and bought full version some while ago and to be honest, haven't used it in anger.. but your suggestion of scanning receipts etc is a good one.. and as you say, you can annotate and add typed notes.. then print to a wireless printer..

I've had MDScan Lite loaded to my last 3 phones. Don't use it often but it's useful from time to time.
