Looking for campsite within 60 miles of Leeds West Yorkshire near town with shops etc so we can leave camper van on site' Thaks

Harrogate caravan park on showground easy bus to town or nice walk for the energetic!
Trains to Leeds & York when running. About 30 minutes drive to Leeds mid morning.

York Caravan Park the bus to Leeds goes right by the front gate.

I think I’d be tempted for either York, Ilkley or Skipton.
All have CL type sites but you’d need to be a member of CAMC. All within an hour or less on train or bus and all have shops and bars etc in their own right and all are nice places to visit.
Be careful of some of the sites around Leeds as although they will be fine, you’d probably need a taxi as you’d have a fair walk to a bus stop and most are not within walking distance to a train station.
Someone has mentioned Harrogate which is another option. I think you can walk from the site to the main road and catch a bus, plus Sainsbury’s and pub nearby and Harrogate is lovely.
