Looking for overnight parking with electricity near Bilbao port. Leaving mid morning need to be near.

Nice area up above the town €15 pn with electric and handy for the ferry.

Second that ,but don’t go through the housing estate like I did it was a nightmare been on less steep roads in the Pyrenees

Also, don't turn right at the top of the hill after the LH hairpin, even if instructed to do so by your satnav: keep going straight on and the site is on the right.

Excellent views over the city. Good wifi near reception.
