We have just sign up for camping-car park in France. Has anybody used them and when the symbol shows drain is that just grey water or black water as well. It is not clear on their website or map. I see most you have to use your own facilities but can you empty you toilet on site.

Yep grey ,black, water and 6amp electric. a lot of the new sites you can only access the water with your card. Also wi-fi but you will find its better to park close to the entrance for a decent signal.

jumar beat me too it... Yes you can. Be careful with the hookup, often it's only 6amp. Download the app, it will tell you what's available at each site.

Used them on many occasions and are very good with all the facilities, you might have to use your card for fresh water

If the site looks busy, and the app says there are only a few spaces left, it’s worth a quick walk around before you go in as you’ll be charged as soon as you go though the barrier.

I was at the one at Fontaine-de-Vaucluse the other day. App said there were 4 spaces when we went in, I got the last space. Some others had parked poorly leaving room to set up their tables and chairs in the sun reducing the number of vans which could park.

All French 😀

Only problem I’ve encountered with these sites, if the gate has a problem you ring the number and they will open the gate remotely. But, if you have an early reason to depart, the company will not answer a call until 8.30. Could be waving to your own ferry. Other than that, workload treat.
