CamperContact - Has the Map Scale Aways Been There?

One of the few niggles I've had with CC is the map didn't show a scale, making it tricky to guess how far an aire is from the village or town centre.

Then today I noticed it in the top left. Has it always been there and I haven't seen it!

I've also just noticed it is showing businesses now. I'm sure this is new.

Intriguing, it stays on after I've zoomed in. Using Android, I guess you are using iOS? But the labels, like the Three Magpies pub below vanish if I switch to satellite view.

On my app (IOS) the scale only appears whilst my two fingers are touching the screen.

Also only see it with two fingers moving the screen, use single finger and it's not there. Never noticed it before, but then I usually only use one finger

Another iOS user? Hopefully they will fix this with an update some time.
