hi guys im new to this page , im converting a vw lt35 and am at the gas stage, ive bought a underslung gas tank, im in northern ireland and was wondering what the regs are with gas install, i was gonig to do it myself but am wondering if i need to get it passed off, i dont plan on renting the van out its solely for personal use, thanks

You will get lots of conflicting information from different people.
Working with gas every day we are seeing an increasing number of seriously bad gas installations.
Firstly ask yourself are you competent at diy / mechanical projects, then are you happy doing it ?
Then do the research and follow the leisure industry standards for gas installations and you won’t go far wrong.
Have you bought the correct underslung LPG tank as we get plenty who buy an old automotive liquid tank that can’t understand why we won’t help them
