Evening everyone,

I’m considering getting a Cadac 2-Cook 2 and need some advice please. I don’t have an external point from my lpg tank, so would I be able to use the small butane cans? Also, does anyone know what connectors I would need, or should I just speak to a retailer?

I have never used gas before (except for boiling my kettle in the van), so genuinely don’t have a clue ☺️

If it’s a LP appliance then this should do what your looking for.

I have one for my Cadac Safari Chef 2, if I need it to be truly portable.

or you could use the dual cartridge version

I‘ve got a cadac small bottle convertor/valve in my garage doing nothing.

Just checking, the connector would allow me to use this type of canister -

I use one of these with our safari chef 2. Currently filled with 3 of the little camping gaz canisters. I attached original safari chef screw type fitting to the other end of the quick release hose that comes with the power pack

Thank you, ideally I just want to connect just one canister, but that’s more what I’m looking for.
