I was asked to review the item so I put on a review saying they had not been sent. I received a phone call yesterday morning. The address lady said she would look into it and call back in the afternoon, but did get a call. So still waiting.

Just spoken to Rob at customer services fobbed off with a reply of still waiting for them to come in sorry sorry.
I will wait a bit longer not urgent for me but disappointed that they have not advised me at all.
The company has gone from 10/10 to 0/10 in my view.

I have had 2 on order from the 24th May and have progressed the order several times to be told they are awaiting stock. Very quick to ask for feed back and will even prompt you to reply if you dont. They didn't like my comments.

You dont think they are now waiting for all the back orders to be cancelled do you ??
Or am I being far to cynical ?

Sent them an email yesterday and received a reply saying delivery in about 2 weeks. I'm still waiting for the return phone call, so I did another review, reducing to 1 star (don't have no stars)

I think these were put up at a low price as a "loss leader" and they were surprised at the response from motor homers/caravaners a bit like the airline tickets with Hoover.

I'm still hoping to get the order, but I think they want us all to cancel.

I see batteries are 50% off at euro parts.
Even having deducted the discount they look extremely expensive.
I am unlikely to use this firm again even if my cable reel ever arrives.!
The customer service is non existent.

They are cheap but I haven't got them yet. How long will I have to wait? I doubt I'll ever use them again

Got the email today
Confusing to me one part says they will refund then it says 1/2 days delivery.
Let's wait and see.

I admire your persistence with this.
I think I’d have lost it big time with the managing director via emails by now.
One thing that this has taught me is I will never order anything from this company in the future.
I notice that they’re now selling for £5.69 but state it’s a non stock item so delivery will be 5-7days.
When I saw the original post, I thought I’d buy a couple as I usually take 2 x 25m cables and a cut down one at 15m (and yes, I have used all of them on one occasion on my ‘pitch with electric’) but like hilldweller said, they take up more room on a reel so didn’t bother in the end. Reading this, I’m glad. I think I’d be googling the directors and sending them a strong worded email now. They’ll be interested to learn how their crap performance has impacted other potential customers decisions.
Good luck The Ex-Gasman with it and I hope you get it sorted soon.
