One point. As that is a 20 ton coach does one need a c licence to drive it and or a coach/bus drivers ticket.
It would be stupid for a coach driver to be banned from driving it the moment it became an PHGV. Stupid rules.

Yes a C licence is required as it is no longer a class M2 vehicle.
