Moved over to the Dark Side after 16 yrs tugging.
Driving down M6 / M6 intersection and a cement lorry dropped a clod of earth as it left the M6 onto the M62. The clod seemed innocuous at first, no real bangs on the front but later transpired it cracked the o/s headlight, cracking the plastic lens. Lights work fine and I i might be able to glue the cracks together a a temp fix. Didn't manage to identify the culprit and the dashcam was booked for fitting in 2 days. Bummer.
Apparently the Peugeot parts dept can't replace it as the only one in stock is the n/s on . I had to have a still drink (s) when they said the part was £1008.61 but that included the vat! What!
Ebay seems the obvious choice for replacement for a Peugeot Boxer 335 2020 2.2 6sp manual, but do any Funsters know of any other suppliers / sources.
Insurance claim is a later option

I was thinking about something like this after the event as I've got the clear plastic films over my mobiles .. and they have proved to have worked. Back to the stable then.
PS do we get any Motorhomefun discount? Worth a try.

A brick flew out from between the rear wheels of a demolition lorry on the M25, hit and dented the car bonnet. Luckily I noted the registration number and the name of the firm on back of the vehicle and found them on Google. I emailed them with the repair quote of £460 and they paid up immediately.
