Bullfinch shower point

The cold water feed seems to be plugged and only hot water coming out. Have tried bleeding the blue line to the back of the mixer but still no cold water getting through. Is there a way to clear the fitting?

I think on ours the temperature is adjusted by the rotation of the connection. Is your's all the way around to the hot setting?
