Can someone tell me how I get bulb out of this please ?

It "looks" like you clip of the fascia leaving the lamp unit behind screwed to the surface allowing you access

Slide an old credit card between the fascia and the surface to slowing lever the fascia off without damaging either the surface or the fascia

Looks similar the Hymer down lighters..

carefully pries the bezel off , use your finger nails or a plastic card to prevent marking it,
on Hymer units the glass is held in place by three plastic clips.... yours may be different..
