reinforce the back of the crack, then clean the sink and paint with urethane paint like bed liner. Same stuff speedcoat use but way, way cheaper

Milliput is brilliant stuff. My sink cracked badly all around the waste outlet and I did a temporary repair using Milliput and I am still using it over 18 months later.

White CT1. Force some into the crack and then smooth over with Multisolve, the proper solvent for CT1. It'll last for years and won't discolour.

Speedcoat do a special product for basins. You would not know it was coated. Very surprised when I saw it.
