Broken hinge on Thetford fridge/freezer door

A surprising amount of spares for Dometic fridges are to be found on Amazon.
Got a replacement gas valve on there cheaper than anywhere else from Germany as it turned out.

Certainly I’d be minded to look on eBay and Amazon. Buying from some of the motorhome specific dealers can result in paying £10 for a hinge and £14 for postage. I ordered a replacement freezer hinge. Small bit of plastic with a wire hinge. It arrived in Royal Mail packet with £2.39 in postage yet supplier billed me £14 for postage. Never again.

According to that it's a T1090 compressor fridge? are those hinges off the internal freezer compartment drop down door?

Yes, that's the one. but can't seem to see a replacement hinge in the Mark 2 fridge list of components? It slots in to the freezer door panel and is screwed on to the fridge body.

cant see a hinge here either, just the door , might be worth a phone call. A lot of suppliers are awaiting parts so maybe have to wait a bit . I am waiting from toilet parts from Leisureshop.

this is on a czk site but no separate hinge. £41 from leisure shop. There is someone on here who could maybe make them on a 3d printer

Latest development in this long-running saga (below) . Tried five dealers and no result. Now trying to speak to Thetford Europe directly (impossible but still trying as they have no e mail or contact number. Will try Twitter) . Make you wonder why something like a hinge that's likely to break with wear and tear is so ridiculously hard to get hold of. rebbyvid rb62
