Just a quick question.....

I have been trying to contact BF all morning (Sat 8th Jan) with no luck. Anyone managed to get answered today? They do say that they are busy but now over 30 minutes for the 3rd time trying with no joy - unfortunately they do not give you any indication how long to wait or where you are in a que. Not something I can sort on line..........

Phoned them yesterday and took nearly 40 mins to get through,

Just managed to get through and managed to get my return date from Spain changed with no problem. I did try on line but the site showed no vacancies for the week before or after - telephone lady said this must be an error as she could see lots of availability! (Santander to Plymouth) The number that did not seem to reply even after 45 minutes was 0330162732, however, 03301730371 answered after a few minute...........

I had the same experience on the the phone just lost the will to live and gave up but emailed them and got a message back saying it could be up to 10 working days before they answer . But did get an answer to my question the same day and they resolved the problem so that may be the way to proceed.

Same as yourself, been trying for 2 days now........ probably the same as everywhere else, they will use covid as an excuse

If you hang on they will answer eventually. 1 hour wait on Thursday.

They are inundated with people changing dates. The lady was pleasantly surprised that I was just updating my credit card details as my payment is coming up.

I never ring at weekends..Early weekday morning is the best time.Ring early put it on speaker and eat your breakfast..BUSBY.
