Thanks Emmit, Maybe a stupid question where do I enter the code Checkout there is a box for a refund code, thats only place i could see to enter a code. Me being stupid again.

Where do I enter the code.

Might be answering my own question I am trying to book one way Bilbao - Portsmouth one way, will the code only work for return trips.
