Another medevac? We had one on a recent trip back and it delayed us 4.5 hours.

In June our ferry had to turn back when about 2hrs out from Santander. When we docked there was an ambulance and a couple of medics with a stretcher waiting on the quayside. A lady walked down the gangway and at the bottom was put on the stretcher which was then carried 10 yds and put inside the ambulance. Several people got very stroppy with the crew for 'wasting their time'. Agreed, it didn't look like a medical emergency to us but it didn't matter as we weren't under any time pressure and it was a lovely day relaxing on the sun deck with yet another ice cream.
