In several Facebook groups today some motorhomes were boasting about having a party to celebrate getting ferry tickets out of Morocco. All of the people had been staying in various campsites around Morocco and had met up at one campsite to wait for the ferry. No thoughts of social distancing. And the comments on the posts made it clear that they thought they were in the right because they hadn’t been to Tescos like back home!

There is a group in Turkey blantanly ignoring SD by partying and they're reasoning is it's ok we're on a campsite. People arriving at different times and from all over Europe. When I was in lockdown on site in Spain even though we was all there from the start it was strictly managed.

If you read the funsters in Morocco thread you'll see why they are celebrating. It sounds like it's been a nightmare - SD probably not essential if they have effectively been quaranteened together for about 10 weeks

sometimes people jump immediately to a conclusion that might not reflect the circumstances. if they have all been isolated together are they posing a risk to each other? will they isolate when they get to Spain?

am not condoning the partying (if the timeline is correct ?) but it may pose very little risk. it is what happens 'next' and how they integrate back into 'society' (if indeed they do) that may be of more importance

Just like my next door neighbours today, had around their 2 daughters, grandson with his dad . They have just decided to do their own thing!
Nice day to be out in the garden, not affecting anyone else, as long as........
Now wondering where I can take my van out to tomorrow!

They have not all been self isolating together.
It's at Moulay Bousselham Morocco very recently.

They have all been in Morocco through very harsh lockdown laws.
They know the rules.

I bet the boat crew and their families wouldn't be too pleased.

If they’ve all been isolating then the chances are they are free of the virus, anyway I don’t think we need to start moralising about them!

But I'm not German so would be less interested in pictures of German campers behaviour. It certainly shows the reliance on common sense makes no sense.

I have no idea if they are virus free or not. Nor do they.
They are all now on the ferry to Malaga .

Croatia is open for tourists. Even though the borders are officially still shut if you have a confirmed reservation they let you through the border. The site I’m on is starting to fill with Slovenians and Germans, I’m still the only Funster ??????

When they start thinking about opening up campsites here and people say we can easily isolate as were all self contained lets hope those pictures don't surface as it will make it pretty clear being able to distance yourself doesn't mean you will

While I usually apply live and let live to situations I can’t understand why 2,000 new cases per day.
Are these people the reason for that and doesn’t it mean we will all be in lockdown for longer than necessary? If so are they dumb or just selfish turds! Cross!
