breakdown recovery at home and abroad

Can anyone recommend a breakdown recovery service that will cover us in UK and abroad for a motorhome over 15 years old our present one won't cover them once they are more than 15 years old

Well ours is 14 years old this year. Although not going over the water this year, we use Nationwide. It comes with their account. We called them out last year in Luxembourg. Although it costs a monthly fee, you can offset it by having money in your account.

I use Nationwide FlexPlus cover. My m/h is 21 years old.

All my vehicles covered and any other vehicle in which I'm travelling, plus health cover, mobile phone loss etc. You don't have to notify N'wide of the vehicle types or reg'n details. Each trip must begin and end in U.K. and limited to 180 days.
£13 a month but I keep £2500 in the account which produces £6.00 a month interest.
There are some limitations, e.g. max m/h length 8m, weight 7.5 tonnes plus others.
The beauty for me is that I don't have to remember/faff about arranging/renewing cover annually for each of my 5 vehicles.
