As mentioned Fleetwood is at one end of the tram line. The motorhome parking is not far along the sea front in a car park behind the beach. Easy walk to the tram stop.
When we stayed there it was quiet leaving plenty of room between vans.

We did the lights and can recommend getting the open top vintage tram to see the lights. Local people are the conductor and answer questions etc . Just take a jacket or something as the temperature drops quickly and the wind can be cooler.
