I’m looking for help and advice on ways to remove the dark water stained from the side of my motorhome

If you mean black streaks where water has run off the roof then Fenwick black streak remover would be a starting point.
Some say it works, others say it doesn't but worth a try.
It's going to take elbow grease anyway.
Once removed a couple of good coats of quality wax, not the wash n wax rubbish, should make it easier next time.

Maybe give the roof a good clean first - that's where the stains originated and if you don't you'll be doing it all again in a month time.

Since 1964 Gosh that makes me feel old.
TFR (traffic film remover) from any decent motor factors does the job with very little effort but, you must use it sparingly & rinse thoroughly when its done its job, you'll also need to apply a fresh coat of decent wax as per @pappajohn instructed.
