In many situations you may well need a wheeled tank to move the waste from holding tank to Elsan or similar disposal point so no real gain in U.K.
Absolutely fine in the US with RVs where dump points are generally on pitch with a 3” bayonet connection but rare over here although you may find the occasional ground level sewer manhole.

Have 250ltr tank and can easily go a couple of weeks.
A few sites I have been on have drive over dump so easy if not I have just made this up for our trip away to Europe next week, have 55mtrs of pipe
